Poppy Seed Chicken

This is my husband's family's favorite dish. I think you might be disowned if you don't like it. :)

6-8 pieces chicken
2 bags ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken (or mushroom) soup

Preheat oven to 350. Boil chicken and cut into pieces. Crush Ritz crackers. Melt butter and add to crackers, mix in poppy seeds. In a seperate bowl mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup, chicken, and half of the cracker mixture together. Put in a 9x13 pan and top with remaining crackers. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Rachel - next time you make this I want a picture. I thought I'd pass along that a friend of mine told me tonight that her sister found this site and your recipe for poppyseed chicken. Shed been looking for it for a long time and finally found it. Glad you posted it :)
