Breakfast Casserole




1 24 oz package frozen hashbrowns

salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup melted butter

2 cups grated cheese

1 lb sausage, cooked and drained

2/3 cup milk blended with 6 eggs



Layer ingredients in the order listed above in a 9x13 pan. Cover and place in fridge overnight. In the morning heat oven to 350 and bake for 45-60 minutes.
